Favor for the 'Fearless Fund'

Ole, victory for the Atlanta-based VC firm, Fearless Fund!!

In mid-August 22, 2023, I reported about a claim accusing this black-woman-owned venture capital firm of discrimination.

The venture capital firm was established to address barriers that currently exist in venture capital funding opportunities for businesses led by women of color, where less than 1% of venture capital funding goes toward investing in black and Hispanic women-owned businesses.

Four hours ago, the Atlanta Federal Judge ruled in favor of the Fearless Fund to continue its mission to offer funding to invest in pre-revenue businesses.

Kudos to the Fearless Fund team, including CEO and co-founder Arian Simone!
